Shipping & Returns

Most items are able to be shipped via United States Postal Service. We do not have a minimum order policy so feel free to order what you want.


Due to recent logistical changes, we now ship orders twice a week. Normal shipping days are Monday and Thursday afternoon. Please note: We observe all US holidays so please keep that in mind when ordering.

If an item is on backorder, your order will be adjusted accordingly and partial credit given.

If you would like to have your order shipped via a carrier not listed on this site, please email sales@pinballmagic prior to placing an order.

Items that are damaged during shipping must be filed on a claim with the carrier. Pinball Magic will not be held liable for any damages by the carrier.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please call 920-471-1845 or email sales@pinballmagic.com immediately and describe the problem.

 

If you would like to return your order for some reason, please use the following guidelines:

  • You must contact sales@pinballmagic.com first to get a Return Authorization number prior to returning items to us.

  • New, unopened items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price not including shipping, handling, or other fees within 14 days of shipping date.

  • Opened, misused, or electronic items will not be accepted for return or refund unless prior arrangements are made by contacting sales@pinballmagic.com


Notice for International Buyers:

Only electronic forms of payment are accepted. We no longer accept cheque or Postal Order. We do accept Paypal, BidPay, and Visa Gift Cards. Please contact sales@pinballmagic.com for more information.
